1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReSew Creative website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products and Services

All products listed are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because each piece is unique, slight variations from product photos are natural and part of the handmade character. Custom project pricing is determined after consultation.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins — details will be shared during consultation.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of handmade and custom items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

5. Marketplace & Crafter Responsibility

ReSew Creative is a curated collective — our "Sewing Circle" — of independent sewing crafters who bring their work together under one brand and platform. Our site acts as a marketplace connecting customers with these independent crafters.

Each crafter is an independent participant and is solely responsible for their own products and services, including, but not limited to, product quality, materials, sizing, fulfillment, shipping, communication, and customer satisfaction. ReSew Creative brings crafters' work together under one brand and platform and facilitates connections, but does not manufacture, fulfill, or warranty crafters' products.

Customers with questions or issues regarding a purchase should contact the crafter directly. ReSew Creative reserves the right to remove any crafter or product from the platform at its discretion.

6. Custom Project Inquiries & Crafter Matching

When you submit a custom project inquiry, the project details you provide may be shared with one or more crafters in our collective who are best matched to accommodate your project — based on factors such as skill, availability, location, and materials. Crafters who may fulfill your project will be able to see the relevant project details so they can provide a quote or next steps.

Submitting an inquiry is not a booking or an obligation. Neither you nor our crafters are committed to a project until the scope, price, and terms are agreed upon between you and the crafter.

7. Community & Product Photos

By providing photos, images, or other visuals of your work, products, or projects to ReSew Creative — for example, for a product listing, your portfolio, or a crafter application — you grant ReSew Creative a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote those images on the ReSew Creative website, in the marketplace to show your products, and in ReSew Creative marketing materials, including social media, email, and advertising.

You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that the images you share don't infringe anyone else's rights.

ReSew Creative may take down or remove a listing or photo on request or at its discretion. If you'd like an image or listing removed, simply contact us and we'll be glad to help.
